Making the switch from Marlin to Rossi/Heritage
In 2020 Remington, the parent company of Marlin filed for bankruptcy and ceased doing business. In 2021 Ruger bought the Marlin brand and in 5 years since that time has produced very few Marlins, and none in the models we use in our special editions. Many of the editions we were producing had no way of selling out. After a lot of soul searching we have decided to finish out these editions on Heritage lever action rifles in 45 Long Colt caliber.
This year Rossi started producing the Heritage line in North Carolina. The edition sizes will remain the same, with only the last remaining numbers to be produced on Heritage Lever Actions. Many of the editions featured on this page will be shown on Marlins and the new pictures on Rossi/Heritage will be updated as we go.
