Making the switch form Marlin to Rossi
In 2020 Remington, the parent company of Marlin filed for bankruptcy and ceased doing business. In 2021 Ruger bought the Marlin brand and in 5 years since that time has produced very few Marlins, and none in the models we use in our special editions. Many of the editions we were producing had no way of selling out. After a lot of soul searching we have decided to finish out these editions on Rossi lever action rifles in 45 Long Colt caliber. Beginning later this year Rossi's will be produced in North Carolina at the Taurus factory. The edition sizes will remain the same, with only the last remaining numbers to be produced on Rossi Lever Actions. Many of the editions featured on this page will be shown on Marlins and the new pictures on Rossi's will be updated as we go.

Marlins are out of stock! Ruger, the company that bought Marlin has no intention of producing the guns we use, add that to the fact that they have trippled the cost of what they are producing.
Consequently, we have decided to produce all future lever action rifles on Rossi, soon to become Heritage and be produced in North Carolina at the Taurus factory. We will be producing them on both the carbine with a 16 inch barrel in the traditional 45 Long Colt caliber and the 24 inch octagon barrel also in 45 long colt caliber.
